StreamSaver Issues

I finally was able to sign up this past Friday for StreamSaver. I enjoyed watching Apple TV Friday evening but on Saturday I was unable to access my shows.  I then got an Email from Apple that my Subscription to Apple TV through Xfinity had expired. I just signed up, this makes no sense. I see others have also had this problem and am so disappointed! Hopefully this problem can be fixed soon.

Right now I can't speak to the status of Netflix and Peacock as both services are still under my old subscriptions and will not expire until later this month.

@user_g0j196 Hello, thanks for adding to the community. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. Did you get a follow up email regarding the access to your Apple TV subscription?

Same issue here. Can’t access appletv+ which is part of Streamsaver. Tried ever (9+ hours w/ tech support and even home tech visit). About to give up and go elsewhere

user_pvta04 We suggest going here (https://xfinity.com/activate-apple) and follow the step-by-step instructions from there. If you still have any issues, please let us know.
