If your cloud DVR is full, your content won't be available in the Xfinity Stream app. Have you checked to see if your storage is showing as full? To see your current storage percentage, press the xfinity button on your remote, then click Saved > Recordings. From here, you will see the storage meter to show how much space you have left for your Cloud DVR storage.
