Tired of Xfinity

I had my service for several months and I’m still not able to use the Stream app on Apple TV 4K 3rd gen, I get the same dumb message “ This device can only access Xfinity stream on your in-home Xfinity WiFi” I have 5 Apple TVs all on the compatibility list and they all get the same message. I call you guys, chat with you I tell you exactly what it’s doing and you keep telling to reboot, wait to do something on your side and nothing ever helps. I’m telling you  that something is wrong with your app. When is this going to get fixed!!!!! It’s ridiculous

I am sorry to hear about this experience. I experienced a similar issue where I had all my devices associated with my XFINITY ID reprovisioned which did the trick. You've come to the right place.
