Trouble with recordings

Has anyone found a resolution to not being able to see the majority of recordings from the DVR on a mobile device

user_8wfj6n is it a specific recording that you are not able to access? I was curious if there was any pattern of a specific network or program that this occurs. I use the app to watch recordings all the time, I was just watching something I recorded a few days ago while I was on lunch.
