Trying to activate Peacock. But Xfinity Subscriptions shows it's active! Help!

I have NOW Streamsavers.  I already know how to activate Peacock, because I had to do it a couple of months ago.  (which was a fiasco anyway, but I won't go into that right now). But to settle a problem where Peacock was charging ME, they advised that I unsubscribe and then resubscribe after June 14, to get it cleared. I did all of that. But when I go to my Xfinity subscriptions page to activate it, that page shows it as active. I even got an email from Xfinity yesterday, telling me to activate Peacock, which included an "Activate Peacock" link which takes me to my subscription page.  I need to subscribe from that activation link. I need some help!

One thing just occurred to me. Even though I don't have a Peacock subscription, I do notice that they still have my email address and I technically still have an account on their website. That's because I've had Peacock with my Xfinity account for years.  I only recently changed to a different Xfinity plan.  So when my Plan was cancelled, they still have me with an account.  Is that what Xfinity is looking at by any chance?

Don't you people have any HUMANS on your staff?  And I don't mean any stupid so called "Chat Live" person who wastes several hours redoing my account and making it worse!  Nor is any freakin AI going to help because they only know what they are programed to do. Nothing!  I'm trying to get into my Peacock account, through the Plan that I signed up for and am paying. But Xfinity is NOT fulfilling their portion of the contract for which auto pay  is coming up shortly. If this isn't fixed TODAY, I am disconnecting that payment. So somebody better get back to me NOW!

It sounds like you've been working on this for quite a while and I appreciate your patience while we find a resolution together :). @XfinityEmilyB I've done all of that, and just tried it again. The problem is when I get to the MySubscriptions page, Peacock is showing as active.  I went over doing all of that multiple times a couple of days ago with the Chat lady (I won't speak about her anymore) and still got nowhere. I must say however, that the link in your message was the first time I've been able to get into anything in  my Xfinity account in the last 2 days.

The only thing it does when I click Manage My Subscriptions, is take me to a page trying to sell me the NOW Streamsavers and other subscriptions.

@D_w2615 Thanks. We need you to try all the email accounts you have, and log in to the Peacock account. That will help us find which one was used to activate the benefit. Since Peacock is a third party, it can be different from your Comcast email.

I know which email it was, my Comcast email. I've signed in and out of Peacock multiple times trying to see what else could I do. And it was how I communicated with Peacock a few weeks ago when this all started. The email that was sent to me by Xfinity when I first received the activation info is still saved in my file, and it did absolutely no good when it came to Peacock. You want to know the full story?  Here's the SHORT version: This all started in March 2025, when I WAS new to NOW Streamsavers, and the Xumo box wouldn't work, and I went thru this whole thing with you techs. Turned out, the box was defective and had to be exchanged. From then on, that has worked just fine. But the problems started when it came to signing up for the subscriptions which came with the plan. Netflix was easy. Apple, I had a little trouble, but not much. But when it came to Peacock, it was a living nightmare. I've been a Peacock customer for years thru Xfinity and I never had any problems. And because I'm eligible for 2 yrs free, it was supposed to be easy. But the activation email would not work on Peacock, and after days of Xfinity chats, AI & live, telling me what I'm supposed to see and supposed to do, but with none of them working, I contacted Peacock. Another nightmare, but an agent finally enabled me to sign up. I didn't know until May that they were billing me for the subscription. Peacock advised me to cancel the subscription, and at the end of the billing cycle, to use the link in my original activation email to sign up.  And that's what started THIS phase of this fiasco.  And right now, I'm so tired, and I have a terrible migraine.
