TVAPP-00209 and TVAPP-00409

I have been trying to use Xfinity stream  on a laptop.  Have done this for a long time without ever having an issue.  This week, I can get into the site, select a program to watch, have the program spool, and hten receive error code TVAPP-00209  or TVAPP-00409.  Here is what I have tried: log out, clear cache and cookies, sign out, restart laptop, use a different browser 

When I tried using Ask Xfinity, I cannot seem to find a way to get to the fact that I am not using a cable box, ROKU, etc, just logging into the site on my laptop.  I am extremely frustrated in the inability to get help for this issue.  Help would be much appreciated!

Hey there, user_45tmfg, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the Xfinity Stream app. I love using the Xfinity Stream app to watch movies and shows on my laptop too, so I want to make sure this is working for you! You have reached the right place. Are you only having issues with your laptop? Have you tried accessing on another device? Is it happening with all shows and programs or just specific ones?
