TVAPP-00224 Error

So I have an IPad that I was attempting to use to stream to my TV to watch the football game on CBS. When I was on my IPAD it was playing just fine, No issues, Connected to my home network(The IPAD also can do Cellular) and then I would hit the cast button and cast it to my TV. But it would then say TVAPP-00224 error. Stop casting and it plays fine on the IPad. Start casting again and the TVAPP-00224 Issue. This is quite frustrating

Hello @user_nuwran, Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be trying to watch a football game on CBS, have it playing fine on your iPad, and then run into an error when you try to cast it to your TV. To help resolve this, could you please tell me what kind of TV you are trying to cast to and if you're using a specific casting device (like a Chromecast, AirPlay, etc.)?

While I wait for that information, let's try a few common troubleshooting steps that often resolve this type of issue:

Restart your devices, completely power off your iPad, your TV, and your Wi-Fi router/modem. Wait about 30 seconds to a minute before powering them back up.

If your TV allows, try clearing the cache for the Xfinity Stream app through its settings menu, and check for updates.

If the above steps don't help, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Xfinity Stream app on your iPad.
