TVAPP-00251
Hello,
We keep receiving connection error TVAPP-00251 when trying to use Xfinity Stream from
home on a Roku TV, Apple TV, iPad Pro OS 16.4.1 and iPhone 12 Pro OS 16.4.1.
We restarted the router and cable box, as well as unplugged the Roku TV but error still persists. Can you please advise on the error code, TVAPP-00252.

Hello @user_c65a21 We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us today. I know how frustrating it is when the Stream app isn't working and we'd be happy to troubleshoot. Thank you for providing the steps you have already completed. Please send me a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:
Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
