I can not get Xfinity TV on my laptop, but I can get it on my iphone? This is happening quite often?

@user_6tacub I’m sorry to hear you're having an issue with watching TV on your laptop. Are you seeing any errors?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Have you watched tv on this laptop before?

Hello user_55789w what equipment are you receiving this error on? Is this happening when using the Xfinity Stream App, or via xfinity.com/stream?
