Keep getting this error, missed 3rd quarter of the Ravens game. Anyone have a resolution? All xfinity does is restart my modem 15 times and fixes nothing. And of course, NEVER reimburse me for my time or inconvenience. Customer service is a JOKE. worst company ever to deal with, and the prices are INSANE considering it only works half the time.

Can you tell me if you were watching the Ravens game live or a recording? Was this on your cable box, or through the Xfinity Stream app? This will help us get to the source of the issue.
