Getting this error on two separate devices. Can't watch anything on Xfinity stream. What should I do n next?

angel0009 However, if you are experiencing issues on two separate devices, it may be related to network connectivity or account activation problems. Ensure both devices are connected to your in-home Xfinity WiFi and check for any network outages. You may also need to sign out and back into the Xfinity Stream app. If issues persist, consider linking your accounts if you have multiple Xfinity accounts.
