TVAPP-00381 error when trying to watch/stream DVR recordings on computer.
For several weeks I had no problem watching/streaming DVR recordings to my computer using xfinity.com/stream. Now (and for at least the past 10 hours), each time I try and watch a recording this way I get the "TVAPP-00381" error. I've tried the auto/machine assistant but it doesn't understand or has no solutions to offer except to reset and turn things off and on, clear cache. I've tried all that. And of course xfinity buries/hides how you can reach a real person. Why again do I pay over $200 a month for this?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
