Two accounts - Stream continues to say i'm not at home and i can't watch live TV

I opened a second account for a new home a few weeks ago and now I can't watch Stream at my primary residence's account.  Continue to get the message "Device Not at Home"

It must be trying to use the new account. How do I fix?

Hello @db0945, Thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I hope you are having a great day. Congrats on your new home. When trying to stream, are you using the primary username on the primary account? Have you tried logging out then logging back in?

@db0945, thank you for bringing us an update. Have you tried to use the Xfinity stream app on your phone to see if you are receiving the same error?

Also, with this message appearing on your screen are you able to sign out, and sign back in?
