Unable to Activate Peacock
Just started Now TV today. I successfully activated Apple TV and Netflix with no issues but Peacock is a different story. When I click Activate Peacock button it takes me to Peacock site where I enter my login information and the I get an error that reads "Your Xfinity Account is already linked to Another Peacock Account. Here's how to find it. PPG_0017_e6baab7". I have never had another Peacock Account. I just came back to Xfinity and it's not starting off too well. Good thing there is no commitment so I can leave when it gets too frustrating.

It sounds like you are enrolled in our NOW TV StreamSaver bundle which helps provide a variety of streaming channels along with the Apple TV, Netflix, and Peacock Premium streaming service! This is an absolute great bundle that provides a ton of savings over subscribing separately.
I can most certainly help assist with the activation process. With the email being linked to another account, did you previously have an Xfinity account at an earlier time? The email may be linked to an old/disconnected account. Have you tried associating the redemption with a different email address (If available)?
