Unable to cancel Peacock Premium on my Xfinity Account

The peacock website is telling me to cancel it through Xfinity. There is no such option to cancel on Xfinity when I log in. This is ridiculous.

user_kxze8d When signing in to your Peacock website at peacocktv.com, do you see the option to change your plan from the Plan & Payments tab? I tested it with my own account, and see the option to switch to the plan to/from the ad or no ad plan, or cancel my current plan near the bottom of the list of options.

No, the website tells me to check Xfinity. There's no option on the Xfinity site.

Here's what it says for me:
https://www.peacocktv.com/account/plans
"To make changes to your plan or cancel your subscription, please visit the Xfinity subscription manager on your Xfinity device."

@user_kxze8d@XfinityThomasD I just tested this and get the same results as this customer. I have a complimentary subscription for being an Internet customer and or from Xfinity Rewards.
