Unable to link account to xumo box

I’ve been unable to link my account to my xumo box for days due to it saying pin is wrong. This is unacceptable as I’m already expected to pay a bill but haven’t been able to use the box at all. Customer service is no help

I am unable to connect xumo to my tv. Which is not a smart tv. I have followed the instructios on the card. A I continue to receive a no signal on my TV

user_gby758 Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you activate your Xumo stream box. I want to get a better idea of your current setup. Is there an HDMI cable connected from your stream box to your TV? Looking at the HDMI port at the back of your TV, what is the number listed on the port that the HDMI cable is connected to?
