user_dfjhxq Welcome to our community forum! I want to make sure you can access your Xfinity TV content from our online streaming portal. What happens when you clear cache and cookies in your browser settings? Have you tried forgetting the WiFi network and reconnecting?

I have tried forgetting network and then going back in and re-signing on that did not work. How do I clear the cache?
yeah because it makes no sense. I don’t know why it won’t let me click those couple channels. It just is like blacked out

Just checking back in as promised. How's it looking on your end, are you still receiving the error @user_dfjhxq?

I am also having a similar issue where only the TV Go channels are showing up on my one TV and the other TV has access to all of the channels. They are both on my home wifi and I have reconnected to it and cleared my cache as well. Is there something else I should be trying?

I did try to clear the cache also.  Still not working…. It just makes no sense because almost all the other channels are working except for a handful of them and it just keeps telling me I need to log into my home Wi-Fi and obviously I am because the other ones are working
