Hello, @user_y1kh2k! Thank you for explaining what you're seeing. If the activation code on your TV contains both letters and numbers, but the page on your phone only gives you a numeric keypad, it sounds like the code may be getting entered in the wrong activation field.
From what I’m seeing online, the first section asking for you to enter numbers may require the last four digits of the phone number linked to your account. Once entered, it will ask for the code on the TV.
What device are you using to access Univision, such as an Xfinity TV box, Roku, Fire TV, or Smart TV? Also, what website or app is opening on your phone when you're asked to enter the code?
