Unlink Old Netflix account

When I first signed up with Xfinity my roomate added a Netflix account to my Xfinity account and I've been having problems with it ever since.  I've since kicked him out and everytime I move my service to a new address it automatically links his Netflix to my devices  I've called Xfinity multiple times because I was getting billed for his account and I've since had it removed but for some reason it still links his account whenever I move my service.

Hello user_2qst1n Thanks so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums! I'm sorry to hear that the system is still associating the Netflix with your services. I know this can be annoying especially when unknowingly paying for a service that is not your, and you do not want.

It seems like there's something connected on the backend that keeps making the accounts relink. I would love to help out and work with our teams to make sure this doesn't continue to be an issue.

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. We will verify the details and work to have everything corrected.
