Update neflix to different email account, no longer have access to old account

Update my netflix address for my xfinity paid netflix subscription, no longer have access to whatever account it is linked to when I set it up

yes, they said that only comcast can reset the email. But comcast says they cannot. I've spent at least 5 hours on the phone already.

We are unable to see the specifics of your account details for 3rd party apps. But have you visited the subscriptions page, https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to attempt to manage the details? Please let us know if you are able to manage the account details.

@XfinityAdrienne , Hello! Yes. I have. There is an error every time I try. Also, this link says that Xfinity should be able to help.  Using Netflix with a Comcast Xfinity Package | Netflix Help Center. Is there truly nothing xfinity can do? Netflix says they cannot do anything if they don't know the email address on the account originally linked to Netflix and Xfinity over the phone cannot provide the email address to me. How do I get this fixed? I would think Xfinity can provide details to netflix showing I'm paying for this to help me get fixed. Is that an option? Thanks!

Hello @jackjc, the link you provided states that if you don't remember the email or password, then you won't be able to use the "I don't remember my email or phone" option if billed through Comcast. Is your issue that you no longer have access to the email that you initially set up Netflix with, so you need to change to a different email?

@XfinityMarshante yes. I need to change it to a different email address. Netflix says that Xfinity has to do that for me.  :-)

Since Netflix is a third party app, we wouldn't have access to your login information @jackjc.

Have you tried signing in to Netflix and selecting the "I don't remember my email or phone" option?

@XfinityQuemekia , none of that works. Netflix website says to reach out to Xfinity. I don't understand how if I pay through Xfinity, Xfinity cannot help me especially when Netflix says Xfinity has to be contacted to help.
