Volume problems with Roku Xfinity stream app.

Randomly on several of our Roku devices when watching Xfinity stream, the volume will go either low or high or become distorted. If we go back out of the channel and then go into the channel again it fixes itself. I've tried removing and reinstalling the channel.

Hello @user_f7b2d9, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! We appreciate you taking the time to bring this problem to our attention. We are definitely aware of this issue and our engineers are working to get this resolved. There is no estimated time of resolution to provide at the moment, but this will later be fixed with a future software update.

@XfinityNico  How about rolling back to the beta version, which worked flawlessly for years?

We've been waiting patiently for more than six months for a "future software update" since the un-beta version was released and the audio problems appeared.

And, really, isn't six months more than enough time to fix the bug?  What's the delay?

We had the exact same problem for over 6 months. More recently, the voice and lips were out of sync and this occurred several times on a daily basis. The only way to correct it was to go to another channel and back to the original but by then, you lost some of the content you were watching. We got so fed up that we recently purchased a Firestick to stream Xfinity and so far we've experienced no problems.
