watch peacock show on my laptop

My wife watches Days of our Lives on the included Peacock service on our TV. About half way thru the hour show, the voice and video are way out of sync. I have tried all suggestions so far, reload app, check tv settings, restart cable box and TV and it still has the problem. It happens only on this show. Peacock support is of no help.
Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

The audio delay occurs ONLY on Days of Our Lives, and accumulates to the point it is very annoying to watch 30 minutes into the one hour show.

Other Peacock shows and other streaming platforms are normal.

RichR49 Thank you for confirming it is just that show giving audio delay. I also appreciate you confirming the troubleshooting steps you have taken. I know there is nothing more irritating than watching a show when the audio doesn't line up with the movements. I'd like to look into this a little closer, though if it is just that show it may be a programming error with that particular show. To get started, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
