"We've got a location issue"

All of a sudden my local ABC channel is not broadcasting through the stream. The message I am receiving states, "We've got a location issue. Unfortunately, we can't play this video within this market." I have been using Xfinity stream through Firestick and have not had any problems until now. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the message persists. I was watching this channel regularly, as of yesterday. Any insights?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken. Is ABC still unavailable through the stream app?
