WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE STREAM APP

Worked fine, now no longer on Samsung tv

(2022)

Completed all the steps to reset, over and over and over. And over.

Going on a week now

Xfiniry chat is pathetic and useless, as well as the representatives you can eventually talk to after ripping your hair out

With so many people having this issue, you would think Xfinity would take it seriously.

Could it have something to do with why Captions are constantly being put back on my TVs when they run their updates?
Worst company in the world.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Stream Application on the Samsung Smart TV here on our Xfinity Communities Forums support page. Our Engineering teams are currently aware of the issues and are working to come up with a solution as quickly as possible. The Xfinity Stream App is still functional on a variety of other devices such as the Xfinity Stream online web portal, mobile devices such as phone and tablets, and other Smart TV devices. At this time we do not have an estimated time of restoration available.
