where is my xFI gateway delivery

ordered service on 2/18 it is now 2/27  I had gateway sent to old address never received anything other than order confirmation

[Edit: Full Name Removed] finally called 800 number got my account number from them [Edit: Account number removed]

Service address will be [Edit: Address Removed]  apparently the agent that took my order over the telephone was incorrect.  Xfinity will not send the router to my current address (xfinity not available there)  and I have to either go to a store ( I know longer drive) or wait till I am physically at my new address and the call to have it shipped there!

user_v5s2jv, as a heads up, you've sent your last reply to the public thread. You can reach us directly to discuss your account details in private. There are some occasions where we can change the shipping address, but it would need to be done within minutes of being ordered. There may be a chance the window was missed, thus it went to the address on file.

As far as I know it was never shipped!

nothing to do now! gateway shipped and arrived at new address... hopefully it will still be there in the lobby when i move in. In 10 days, will need to stop billing to!
