Where is the Help? I can't get Peacock activated

Xfinity showed that I am activated under my subscriptions. But Peacock shows that I'm not. That was yesterday, before the so-called chat assistant re-did my plan which took her all day, and now, I can't even get into my Xfinity account, everything is errors. Her actions yesterday set off sending me a new Xumo box, which I didn't ask for, nor need since the one I currently have is fine and which I've only had a couple of months. The issue isn't the box, it's Xfinity & Peacock. And I still can't get into Peacock you guys don't recognize each other.  I  have NOW Streamsavers which includes Netflix, Apple & Peacock. The first 2 are fine. But I can't get into Peacock because they say I need to subscribe. So is anybody going to help?

@D_w2615  Did you check your email for activation instructions? This document will help you with activating your StreamSaver subscriptions. There are 2 methods listed. If you're new to Peacock, or already have Peacock. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/streamsaver-offers-overview

This was actually a 2nd post about the issue after originally having no luck. But it did finally get resolved as I wrote in the other post:

"I've been so busy these past few days, but I guess I should post how all of this turned out. After working with several techs here, I think I found out that the issue was that one of the fixes early in this saga, was when an Xfinity rep re-did my account which would change my subscription status. Except it erroneously was established with the wrong email address, one that I used as a security backup on Xf, and I told the rep to please change, since that's not my sign on, and I thought it was done. The re-doing didn't work. Several days later while I was still working with the techs to figure out what was wrong, the mentioning about my email addresses by one of them, reminded me of what had happened earlier in the week. I ended up going to Peacock, creating a new account, using that other email address,. I then clicked on the Peacock "active" link on my Xfinity Subscriptions page, which successfully opened the Peacock page, acknowledging that it was an Xfinity account. I want to thank all of the techs involved in helping me, both online and through Direct Messaging.  "
