why all of a sudden can't I stream on my desktop?

I use to be able to stream on my desktop.  All I get is the Xfinity and it will go no further.  An assistant was able to help me one time, but can't stream after that.

We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble streaming on your desktop but rest assured, you've reached the right team to help troubleshoot your concerns. To confirm, are you trying to stream through our website xfinity.com/stream? May I ask what web browser you are using? Are you getting any errors when you sign in? Please let us know!

Hi,  In order to get to the streaming I have to go to google and put in xfinity streaming.  Then all that comes up are the words Xfinity Streaming and that is what stays on the screen.

It won't go any further.  If I go through my account the same thing happens.  A couple of weeks ago I contacted a rep online and he was able to get the streaming, but I haven't since then.

ECouture I appreciate the follow up of what happens when you attempted to go to the website. I went https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ and was able to log in from my laptop. Have you attempted to access the Xfinity Stream through a different browser (Google Chrome) is recommended? 

The Xfinity Stream App is another way to be able to view content, you can even use Google Cast to share screen on a Smart TV: https://www.xfinity.com/get-stream. 

- Have you attempted to clear your devices cache/history?
