Why am I getting notice that to play video we’ll need to know where you are

When trying to access major network stations via Xfinity stream app I get notice that to play video we’ll need to know where I am. What does this mean and how do I address it?

I get same message. Xfinity works on my iPad, iPhone, work computer but shows the same location message at home tv.
