why does it take over 3.5 hours to try to get help and still not have the problem resolved???

1. Took over 35 minutes to finally get through to a live person. The phone tree is hellish to get through

2. Chat assistance is a of no use. Just round and round and round. Forget trying to get to someone. Worthless if not the simpliest of questions

3. After 3.5 hours, 3 reps, and still no resolution

4. Had to keep repeating to the same person what I was calling about to have her still confused. She wanted to help me with an issue that I HAD NOT called in for??? No matter how many times I had to repeat myself, she wasn't getting it. She kept asking the worng questions and no solutions to what I actually needed. Extremely frustrating.

@user_kc4pya Would be helpful if you post what the issue is here so someone can assist you further.

Too many issues to mention. Just referring to one of the many. It would take paragraphs to describe the issues we have had dealing with Comcast for many years.

Making it easier to reach and speak to a live agent would be a major improvement. Having to choose "Billing" as a way to speak to a rep, knowing that you will need to be transferred and be put on hold, is not an acceptable way to treat customers who need help. Especially, if the issue is not something listed in the phone tree or Chat as an option.

Hopefully, this helps. Any more will be pages.
