Will not work on my Roku now. Work fine until a couple month ago now nothing!

Ongoing problem with xfinity stream app on Roku, starts to load but never displays the channels. Eventually it says “something went wrong, pleas try again.” Have done all suggested methods for rectifying but nothing works.
