Xfinity apps don’t include all recorded shows

Hello:

I have plenty of memory on my DVR, but only some shows appear on my Xfinity apps ( a few new ones record daily). Can you assist?

Thank you for meeting us here in our community about the trouble with some shows appearing on your Xfinity Stream app, @user_0zs9gq . I recommend you delete the Xfinity Stream app from all your devices. Then download the app again, and log back into one to see if all the recordings reappear. Let us know how it goes. Just a reminder, it is important to log off and delete all the Xfinity Stream apps on all the devices so the one app updates correctly.

It seemed to add some of the DVR recordings, but not all. Some things previously omitted were added, however. Any further recommendations?

Hello user_0zs9gq thank you for letting us know that some of those recordings have returned. Is the missing content all from a specific channel? Do you recall if these recordings were set up via the main box, or via the Stream App?
