Xfinity is a joke!!
I am so frustrated. I set up an appointment thru the Xfinity assistant, since I could not speak to a real person. I was suppose have a tech to come by my house between 8 - 10 am this morning to service my internet. No one showed up. I did a live chat with a person who apologized and assured me that the tech would be at my home within an hour. Then 30 minutes later he told me the tech would be by between 3-4 this afternoon. I told him that I took the morning off to have this work done. I was not happy and I wanted to speak to the supervisor. Which never happened. I called the 800 number I found on the web, then spoke to a person after waiting for an hour. That person told me that there was no open work order on my repair, (are you kidding me??) so I had to reschedule for tomorrow morning 8 - 10 am
I pay almost $150 a month for 1200Mbps of internet speed. I did a speed check thru an app. The speed reading was 22Mbps download. I have to unplug the modem for 10 seconds, then plug back in. Then it might work for a short time. I am about done with xfinity. Does anyone else feel my pain and aggravation?
