Xfinity purchase pin

user_gb975p Thank you so much for your post for help with a purchase pin. The purchase pin is set up directly from each box and can be different for each device. The Xfinity Stream app also can have a Purchase pin this is all setup and managed on your end directly through the boxes or the Xfinity Stream app. If you have other users on your account I would ask to see if one was set up and if it can not be recalled let us know.
