xfinity steam from home

I am away from home, and I can stream Sunday night football on my iphone, but I can not on my mac? The screen just shows 3 dots, and the video never plays. The fact that I can stream it on my iphone means I have access to the content, right? Any ideas?

I got in on my mac about 60 to 90 minutes later! Can close this post now.
