Xfinity Steaming apps on Roku & Android say I'm not connected to my Home Wifi

App thinks I'm not connected to my home wifi network when I clearly am.  I've restarted the Roku & android devices, reinstalled the apps on them & rebooted my network hardware. Still saying that i'm not connected to my home wifi.

@jhull Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. We can help look into the Roku not registering on your home network. Just to check the basics, is your Roku model listed as compatible? Have you also tried a private or incognito page on the web browser?

Yes, my Roku device is compatible. I have been using the Xfinity streaming app on this device for more than a year. It just started doing this.
