Good morning @user_by0j8k, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums today, I hope you are having a good Friday. As someone that uses the Xfinity app all the time, I can understand how frustrating it would be to have it not work. Have you tried signing out of the app and back in, or deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Any suggestions? Have tried everything...will load channel lineup, but won't play any channel, just get stuck at "...", and back to "watch".
