xfinity stream app black screen on samsung television
Hello,
My xfinity stream app has recently stopped working on my 2021 samsung television. It worked as recently as three weeks ago.
When I try to open the app my television becomes a black screen, and the only way out is to go to my televisions home screen.
I've done a hard reset of the television, restored it to factory settings, and have tried every other tip I can find on the internet.
Please help!

Hello @ndyackel I am disappointed to hear you are having trouble with Xfinity Stream on your tv. We appreciate the troubleshooting you have completed so far. I believe sending a signal from my end will resolve this. Can you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
