Xfinity Stream App DVR issues

Through the app.. recorded shows skip at some points and also "buffers" where it stops playing and three dots just flash until the show resumes.

Hello @user_v0esya, and thank you for reaching out with your cloud DVR streaming issues. I would be happy to assist with getting this problem solved for you. Does this happen on any device you watch the recordings on, and is the device(s) using home Wi-Fi or cell service when this happens?

It does it on the Amazon fire TV and through my phone. I've deleted cache .. deleted app and reinstalled. I've changed the wifi to both the extender the router.

Thanks for the details! Is this happening on all records or just specific ones, and on the phone will is repeat the issue when off home Wi-Fi.
