Xfinity Stream app keeps quitting.
I just bought a new Roku and the Xfinity Stream app keeps crashing. I get a message saying “Something went wrong. Your guide isn’t loading right now.” On the rare occasions is does work it tells me it tells me I have no favorites channels, which is false.
Is there a way to upgrade this piece of s*** app???

I am having the same issues on multiple ROKU devices for the past week or so. Seems I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple days.

Hello @stevet7. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your new Roku. Have you tried deleting the Xfinity stream app and re-downloading it?

Okay, even though I checked for available updates for the Xfinity app and none were available at that time. Finally today when I reinstalled the app twice, an update was available. I downloaded the update to all devices and it now works as intended. Comcast has some explaining to do.
