Xfinity Stream App not loading

I have an LG Tv and for the past week when loading the app on the tv it gets stuck on the purple screen with the 3 dots. The only way I can get the app to load is to delete it, reinstall and sign in. Is there a way to fix this issue? The problem is not the tv or my internet because all the other apps work fine.

Yes, I’m able to use the app on my phone perfectly fine and able cast with no issues

user_2u5nt0 I recommend testing on another TV and making sure the current LG has enough storage space.
