Xfinity Stream App not working on Roku

I’m having the same problem and error message. I got rid of boxes abs for a tiki so o could use the Xfinity stream app and now it says this each time I try and use it.

I do travel a bit and I take my Roku with me so I can stream shows in my hotel room.  What drives me nuts is that the Roku Stream app won’t let me access my cloud DVR recordings saying it only works at home, but if I use my phone I can watch those recordings.

I don’t want to watch recordings on my phone, that’s why I hook my Roku to the hotel TV.  I have to work around by using the apps for the networks where I’ve recorded shows.  This is annoying since I have to sit through ads, which I can skip through if I was using the Xfinity app.

TL:DR When will we get the ability to access cloud DVR recordings on Roku away from home like I can on iOS?
