Xfinity Stream app on iPad not working
My xfinity stream app on my iPad is not working. It doesn’t load live tv; the tv guide, nor my recordings. It only seems to work when I click on filters and choose “available out of home”. It’s almost like my iPad isn’t registering the Wi-Fi is my home Wi-Fi. All other apps work just fine except the xfinity stream app.
I restarted the modem/ Wi-Fi router, I updated the iPad to the latest update; I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I even had xfinity at my house trying to troubleshoot. He was very helpful with all of my other issues but was unable to help with this issue.
