xfinity stream app will not authenticate after ios 18.2 and tvOS updates

After latest round of Apple updates the Xfinity Stream app will not authenticate. Scan QR code, authenticate, approve device in Xfinity app and it never comes back.

@user_1t3s67  That is odd for sure thank you so much for coming to our Xfinity community forums for help with your Xfinity Stream app not working after your last iOS update. Have you already attempted to delete the Xfinity stream app and redownloaded it since you got the new iOS?

@XfinityAmandaB​ Yes. I deleted and reinstalled the app, recycled my cable modem, restarted AppleTV.
