@user_gsif5g Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating it can be if the Stream app isn't connecting. I use it on a few of my TVs in my home and I love being able to watch it on my phone if I'm waiting for an appointment. We'd love to look into this further for you. Can you provide a little more information regarding what's happening? What type of device are you using, what type of error are you getting and is this happening while connected to your in home Wi-Fi network or outside your home?

@user_c93a8b I am sorry it is not connecting to the Stream App. Are you getting an error message?
