I use it on a few of my TVs in my home and I love being able to watch it on my phone if I'm waiting for an appointment. We'd love to look into this further for you. Can you provide a little more information regarding what's happening? What type of device are you using, what type of error are you getting and is this happening while connected to your in home Wi-Fi network or outside your home?
