Xfinity Stream Deprovision Request

Hello,

I am requesting that my Xfinity Stream be deprovisioned so it will log out of all device.

I recently went on vacation and stayed at an Airbnb. While there, I logged on to the Xfinity Stream app with on of the smart tv's at the Airbnb. I meant to log out before I left but forgot and now I am concerned that the next guests at that Airbnb will have access to my Xfinity Stream account.

Please let me know what the next steps are.

Thank you

Mnewt09 Thanks so much for reaching out to us here with your Xfinity Stream concerns! You can find instructions for managing devices for the Xfinity Stream app here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-authorized-apps-devices.

I have already read that before and it does not help solve my issue. I need to ensure I log out of all xfinity stream devices, that article does not say how to log out of the devices remotely. It simply states how to return downloads from devices and says if I reach my limit on streaming devices then I need to stop watching one. Based on my research (reading more forums just like this one) I need my Xfinity Stream deprovisioned to ensure all devices are logged out. Can you assist me with that?

@Mnewt09 We can look further into that request for you. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

The manage-authorized-apps-devices link will not help. It is used to control Stream downloads. It allows you to view active Stream devices, but offers no way to deprovision one.
