xfinity stream downloads iphone

When I download a recording in my Xfinity Stream app from my DVR in my IPhone it shows up in the downloads folder, once I exit out of the app, and sign in again the downloads are gone if I go to the recordings it shows with a green down arrow "On this device until ....."

Cannot watch in an airplane

@mj010177 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I know how frustrating it is to think you have everything ready for a flight and suddenly you don't have the shows you wanted to watch available. It's important to me that we help you resolve this for you. 

Do you have any other devices you can attempt to replicate this on? Is it a specific download that won't stay or anything you attempt to download?

Have you checked the storage on your device as you'll want to make sure you have enough storage for the download of that movie to be able to view it without needing data or wi-fi connection
