Xfinity Stream error TVAPP-00249 on Apple TV, iPad & website show only sports & odd selection of TV GO channels

While the app on the Apple TV shows all channels available, clicking any channel to stream results in TVAPP-00249 error. App on iPad or Stream website listings skip over all channels up until NBA League Pass, and then includes an oddball list of TV GO channels that do not include any channels from our actual service subscription that I know of.

I’m using same apple tv streaming device however I can view & watch my recorded tv shows on channel 6 ABC 12:30pm news and GMA3 what you need to know

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

We’re aware of an issue affecting some StreamSaver and Peacock customers who cannot access their services.

 

Can you visit customer.xfinity.com/activate to reactivate each of your services? You'll need to use the same email address you used to originally activate your StreamSaver services.
