Xfinity Stream functions not accessible Technical support cannot fix!!!

Cannot access Recordings on Xfinity Stream functions plus keep receiving this message when clicking on My Itinerary:  "Sorry were having some trouble. Check back later". For several months ongoing. Technical support cannot fix!!! e

2 Fire tablets 1 Samsung phone.  All androids. Many Xfinity stream associates have tried to fix but nothing has worked!

Thank you very much for the information @user_6txk19. I am not showing any known issues with the Xfinity Stream App on Android OS devices. I also experience no issues with my personal Samsung phone and Xfinity Stream App. Have you attempted to clear the cache/data within the settings to see if that helps resolve the issues? The steps are listed below:

-> Settings app
-> Apps
-> Select "Stream"
-> Select "Storage"
-> Press "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache"
-> Attempt to open Xfinity Stream App and log in

This has been ongoing since early July 2025! 
 
Please try this link in your favorite desktop/laptop browser: 

https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ 

And see if you get anything other than a purple screen of "xfinity stream" with three dots below, blinking continuously.
 
For years, prior to July 2025, this was working just fine. 
 
Now, in my default browser Firefox in Windows 10, all that I get is:  
A purple screen of "xfinity stream" with three dots below, blinking continuously... FOREVER!

@XfinityDemitrius​ You fixed it!!!!  I am so happy!!  Why couldn't customer service couldn't do this???
