xfinity stream mobile app not working on ios

Over the last several days, our Xfinity stream mobile app has stopped working on our iOS devices.  We have performed all the troubleshooting steps we could find to try.  Restart phones.  Delete app and reinstall.  Sign out, Sign in.  etc..... Can anyone help.  I have an iPhone 12 pro max running iOS 17.3.1.  Thank you

@Sulyco43 Hello and welcome to the Forums. I am not seeing that this is a known issue currently. Are you still issues now that a couple of days have passed? Also, what type of error are you running into?

@XfinityTony​ Yes, it is still happening.  The app will open but will not load anything .  The channel guide is there but no programs will load .  It looks like it is trying to load but nothing comes up .

@Sulyco43 Thank you for letting me know. Is this happening on both your in-home WiFi and mobile data/someone else's WiFi?
