Xfinity Stream not available on new Hisense TV
I just recently purchased a Hisense model 55U7SG. I previously had a Hisense TV and I was able to download the app, but this new TV. It does not even appear as an option. Do you not support these televisions? It seems ridiculous that a brand new TV would not have this as an option when older models did. The only way I can get local channels on this tv is to cast directly from my phone.

Good afternoon, @bruby64 . I'm very sorry for the frustration this has caused. The Xfinity Stream app is not currently available for download on all Google TV devices, including some newer Hisense Google TV models. While certain older Hisense TVs may have supported the app, compatibility can vary by operating system and device certification. I completely understand how disappointing that is, especially on a brand-new television. At this time, if the app is unavailable on your TV, the supported alternatives are to cast from a mobile device or use a compatible streaming device that supports the Xfinity Stream app. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I can certainly understand why you expected the same functionality that was available on your previous Hisense TV. ❤️
